A. How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

  After payment is confirmed, production and order processing will take 3-5 working days. The product will then be shipped to you, and the system will send you a shipping order number after shipment.
  It should be noted that the delivery time will be postponed during holidays.

  NOTE: To receive notifications from us, please make sure your email or phone number is correct and available. (If you do not receive an email from us, please also check your spam folder and make sure to leave your usual email when placing your order.)

B. How long will it take to receive my shipment?

 It usually takes 15-20 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
 You can track your package through "17TRACK" via the tracking number, and it usually takes 3-5 working days to display the logistics information.

C. Differences in performance of watch movements of different grades

Ordinary movement: waterproof for daily life, cheap, 90% restoration, power reserve of about 24 hours, automatic winding (usually takes about two days to manually wind).
Japanese movement: waterproof for daily life, cheap, most cost-effective, 95% restoration, power reserve of about 48 hours, automatic winding (needs to be manually wound every 4-5 days).
Swiss movement: excellent waterproof performance, 99% restoration degree, all functions, watch materials, workmanship, and details are very similar to the original. The power reserve of the movement is up to 72 hours. Please note: For watches with chronograph functions and other complex functions, Japanese movements and ordinary movements cannot realize chronograph functions and other complex functions. Only Swiss replica movements can realize all the functions of the watch.

D. What is the first thing you do after receiving the watch?

1) For quartz movement watches, the battery is already configured and you only need to adjust the time.
2) Mechanical movement watches need to be wound manually for the first time to ensure accurate travel time.
