Return & Refund Policy

The following describes repshop's standard return policy, which applies only to products you purchase directly from the repshop.club website. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Items eligible for return/refund or exchange must meet the following criteria within 7 days of receipt: Available upon arrival
Defective items are damaged/broken or stained.
Unwashed, unworn and unused within 14 days of receipt
Warning: Products we receive are not eligible for return and will be returned to you at your expense:
Any product not purchased from repshop
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products that are missing, damaged, tampered with or unreadable.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables and all other items that originally came with the product
Any product you submit for a mail-in refund
If the returned item is lost, we cannot assist you, although we wish we could. We recommend that you select a trackable shipping method to return the defective product.
Note: Before returning the package, you should know the following information
You need to pay the full return shipping fee
Make sure we receive your return package within 30 working days
After receiving the package and checking with our staff and confirming that there is no problem, we will arrange a refund within 1-3 working days.
Refund is supported within 24 hours after placing an order
RMA process and three simple steps:
When you apply for a return/refund, please contact repshop.club@gmail.com and provide your order information.
1. After submitting an RMA application by contacting repshop.club@gmail.com, obtain RMA authorization, and the RMA application should contain the following information:
Order number, reason for return and package picture, exchange or refund option, and mention other issues (if any).
2. Ship after obtaining RMA authorization.
When you send the returned product, please note that the returned product must have the original packaging, accessories and shipping address of repshop.club and RMA authorization.
Note: Please provide your return tracking number. Roolex.store is not responsible for any lost returns.
3. Exchange or refund. repshop.club will arrange an exchange or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned package. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Once our team receives and confirms your return/refund request via email, we will respond to you within 1-2 business days with the appropriate return address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable processing time set by your bank.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.
